All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through AP Apparel are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect sizing selection
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with style or fit
  • Accidental orders
  • Sale or promotional items

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully prior to completing their purchase.

 

Order Issues or Damaged Items

 

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, you must contact us immediately upon delivery. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Failure to contact us within the stated timeframe may result in your claim being denied.

Shipping

AP Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
